The administration centre will be managed by an administration committee consisting of members from SANAA. The following sections have been identified and will have designated areas at the Elgro Hotel:
Reporting and Registration - Elgro Hotel Equipment Inspection - Drostdy Hall, Elgro Hotel Data & Score Capturing - Fleur du Cap Room and Elgro River Lodge General Enquiries - Hotel Reception area
A Satellite Administration Centre will be at the Elgro River Lodge to deal with all range and general inquiries as well as daily score capturing during tournament.
Scores and information can be updated online, and will be available as captured by administrators.
